Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, American Express and also Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship except if paying by Paypal who take the payment and transfer it to us straight away. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |
Shipping And Handling Post and packaging to mainland UK addresses under 1kg based on weight and royal mail first class packets pricing. This will be calculated in the checkout.
All orders over 1kg will be sent by 48 hour courier at a cost of £4.95+Vat.
An additional out of area charge of £5 applys to Highlands and Islands on orders over 2kg delivered by courier Total: £9.95+vat.

Delivery Schedule UK DELIVERIES
All orders are usually dispatched on the same day or next working day.
If we are out of stock of an item or are waiting for coffee to be flavoured it may take a couple of extra days.
If an order is going to be delayed more than 4 working days we will contact you.
Our standard delivery is a 48 hour service by DHL courier
Smaller orders and any orders under 1 kilo are sent by Royal Mail first class post
Next day delivery service to most UK mainland destinations if you order before 12.00 noon Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00 noon will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Saturday delivery for orders placed before 12.00 noon Friday available only in some areas and at an extra charge of £19.95. We reserve the right to change carriage prices in the event of an increase of fuel supplements.
International deliveries are normally delivered within 5 business days
