A beautiful dish with a tomato base, soft and delicious
Cook with: Lamb or Chicken
Ingredients: 150gr Curry Sauce Co. Rogan Josh Sauce 160gr pre-cooked cubed lamb or 160gr cubed chicken breast ½ large tomato quartered
Garnish: Dessertspoon chopped fresh coriander
Method: Stir-Fry pre-cooked lamb in a little oil for 2 or 3 minutes, add Rogan Josh sauce and tomato. Simmer until hot.
Turn into a balti dish and garnish with chopped coriander.
Alternatives: For chicken Rogan Josh stir fry cubed chicken breast in a little oil for 2-3 minutes, add Rogan Josh sauce and simmer until chicken is tender. Serve garnished as above.
