Spicy, colourful with red & green peppers, a jewel of a dish
Cook with: Chicken
Ingredients: 150gr Curry Sauce Co. Jalfrezi Sauce 160gr cubed chicken breast 2-3 slices red or green pepper
Garnish: dessertspoon chopped fresh coriander
Method: Stir-fry cubed chicken in a little oil for 2-3 minutes, add jalfrezi sauce and simmer until the chicken is tender. Add 2-3 slices red or green pepper.
Turn into a balti dish and garnish with chopped fresh coriander.
